Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 16, 2024
1. Non-Refundable Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required to initiate services. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances
2. Service Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a service after the deposit has been paid but before work has commenced, only the deposit will be retained. Any additional payments made will be refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for payments made beyond the initial deposit, and only if Digital Project Partners has not yet started working on your project. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
4. Project Termination
If a project is terminated by either party after work has started, no refunds will be issued for work completed up to the termination date. You will be billed for any outstanding work completed beyond the initial deposit.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We aim to resolve disputes amicably.
